 Description: Prominic.NET's Shared BlackBerry Hosting program is for customers with fewer than 50 to 100 handheld users or for those who simply don't want to invest in a dedicated BlackBerry Enterprise Server environment. The system is flexible, so your primary mailboxes can either be hosted on-site with Prominic.NET, off-site at your location or even with another hosting provider.
Your server will be cross certified with our BlackBerry Domino server and your mail databases will be set to replicate at some fairly frequent interval, based on your requirements. Once a user's mail database has replicated a new message to the shared BlackBerry server, the message will very quickly be routed to the individual's BlackBerry handheld. The BlackBerry user can send and receive messages, sync their calendar, addressbook and task list, and even browse the Internet using the Mobile Data Service.
